Pastor Tim is a Board Certified Professional Life Coach and holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Ecclesial Leadership and a Masters degree with a concentration in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. He is the senior pastor of Family Worship Center in Santa Fe, Texas where has served as such for the past 20 years with his wife Julie. Pastor Tim and Julie have pastored and served the Lord together for 25 years.
Pastor Tim has authored multiple publications for both academic and personal development, including Answered Prayer, Blessed to Bless, The Leadership of an Authentic King, Kingdom Warfare, Christian Leaders as Agents of Change, and Transformational Pastoral Leadership.
Pastor Tim has led several mission teams around the world strengthening and training pastors and leaders to step into the destiny God has called them to. He has led team to such places as Tanzania, Niger, Cambodia, the Philippines, Guatemala, Belize, and Mexico, empowering leaders to achieve the fullness of their God given potential.
